The Twelve Week


21st June 2010,

- install tube for 2 WAP machine.
* green tube for extend and yellow tube for retract.
* 12 green tube and 11 yellow tube need for 1 WAP machine.
* the tubes need to be long enough to connect the device net with the component part that move using air.
- install tube for ARIRI.
* 5 green tube and 4 yellow tube need for 1 ARIRI machine.
* the tube connected according to label from the device net.


22nd June 2010,

- assemble nest for WAP.
* nest is the place where the disk will be whack to be cleaned.
* the disk will be hold tightly at nest by clamping it before it is whack.
* there are 2 nest that is at zone 4 and zone 5 because for 1 WAP machine can process 2 disk at a time.
- reinsert the tube to the nest.
* the movement at nest are controlled by air, the tube is where the air flow to extend or retract.


23th June 2010,

- assemble nest for another WAP machine.
- reinsert the tube to the nest.


24th June 2010,

- install cover for WAP machine.
* rhombus are used because the screw does not have it trait but the rhombus clamp the cover.
- check input output for WAP.
* input output need to be check so the wiring and the tubing are correct.
* if the wiring are lose or not connected the input output check can also detect it.
- install conveyor for WAP machine.


25th June 2010,

- take out ARIRI's converyor.
* readjust the position of sensors at the conveyor so the emitting sensor is parallel with the receiving sensor.
* the emitting sensor emitted an infra red light to the receiving sensor so when the disk block the light, the sensor will detect it.
- drill WAP cover.
* the hole for the screw is not properly align so it need to be drill to larger it to make the screw fit in.

The Eleven Week


14th June 2010,

- wiring light box ARIRI.
* the cable for light box is two core wire, one is life and the other is ground.
* for life it is label with 0060401 and for ground is label with 0030301.
* the cable is connected to terminal block.
- replace prism mirror for ARIRI.
* the mirror damaged due to aligning the datum.
* prism mirror used to deflect image from ramp to the camera to be scan.
- align part lift for ARIRI.
* part lift need to be correctly placed to lift the disk to it correct place.


15th June 2010,

- i took a day off.


16th June 2010,

- i took a day off.


17th June 2010,

- i took a day off.


18th June 2010,

- tidy up WAP ionizer.
* use cable tight to tie the wire nicely.
* the wire need to be check it length so it is long enough to connect to ionizer controller.
- wiring wire for relay on ARIRI.
* relay function as connector where it connect two wire from different sources.
- take out conveyor of ARIRI.
* it need to be readjust because of the sensors that not placed correctly.

The Tenth Week


7th June 2010,

- help Mr. Jon setup Ariri.
- wiring WAP blower to AC power supply.
* print label and put in the wires correctly.
* strip the wire and clamp it with Y-terminal.
- wiring relay with terminal block.
- label the wire correctly.


8th June 2010,

- wiring relay for another WAP machine.
* print and labeling th wire.
- put the conveyor on WAP.
- put the back cover WAP.
* use the rhombus and M8 screw to place the cover.
- put fitting to the vacuum tube.
* all the vacuum tube from cylinder and part lift are assemble to one end.


9th June 2010,

- help Mr. Jom setup ARIRI.
* tidy up ARIRI wires.
* take out part lift to check tie wiring if anything wrong.
* change the wire at address D25I:0.6 to D25I:0.7.
* check any lose wire that is not clamp properly.


10th June 2010,

- solder diods to solenoids.
* six diods are soldered together and then soldered to the wire from solenoids
* shrink cable must be put before it is soldered to solenoid.
* used the blower to shrink the cable.
- put stand for laser controller.
* the stand is actually for APCBA machine.
* the stand is installed because the cable can not be fit in due to space that is limited.


11th June 2010,

- put stand for laser controller for another ARIRI machine.
- put blower on WAP machine.
- assemble tube on the blower.
- put cable for light box ARIRI's.

The NInth Week


31th May 2010,

- assemble component part for datum ARIRI.
* assemble prism glass.
* reassemble sensors for cylinder.
* align the prism glass.
* align spotlight to be correctly placed so it can point the ramp.
* assemble ring light on datum.
* assemble light box.
- assemble datum on conveyor.
- adjust the alignment of the conveyor.


1th June 2010,

- wiring ARIRI's datum.
* wiring the light box.
* light box is the power supply for laser.
* wiring fiber optic to terminal block.
* used molex clamper to clamp molex with wire.
* used two core wire to connect the fiber optic and the ring light.
* insert the molex to molex head.
* molex head has two type that is male and female.
* connected the head and the wire will be connected.


2nd June 2010,

- assemble the part lift on conveyor.
* lift the conveyor to install the part lift.
* align the part lift so it is properly placed.
* tidy up the wire so the part lift can fit in without damaging the wire.
* screwed the part lift.
* screw must be screwed to the nut that already placed on the conveyor.


3rd June 2010,

- do tubing for ARIRI,
* some tube are misplaced and need to be corrected.
* the tube are connected to part lift ,cylinder and crowder bias.
* then it is connected to device net.
* for ARIRI there is two part lift that is at zone 2 and zone 5.
* the tube is yellow and green for retract and extend.


4th June 2010,

- tidy up ARIRI.
* placed the wire nicely and put cable tight.
- wiring the sensors from the cylinder.
- the cylinder at pogo block and laser detector.
- connect the laser controller cable.

The Eigth Week


24th May 2010,

- install part lift on ARIRI
* part lift is the component that lift the disk to the correct position to be scanned.
- assemble conveyor for ARIRI
* conveyor is the part where datum is placed and the hardisk went through to be process according to the type of the machine.
- wiring sensors cylinder for ARIRI.
- wiring WAP
- used rimer to large the hole for dowel pin to fit in.


25th May 2010,

- wiring WAP terminal block with sensor cylinder.
- drill WAP component part.
- install din rail on WAP.
- install tube for another WAP machine.
- wiring the relay for WAP.


26th May 2010,

- prepare wire and wiring WAP.
- prepare tube for 4 WAP machine.
* cut green and yellow colour tube for extend and retract.
* prepare label for the tube according to the nest which is zone 5 and zone 4.
* make sure the tube was cut long enough to connect it with device net.
- wiring CPU's ARIRI.


27th May 2010,

- used rimer to rim WAP component part.
- install tube for WAP machine.
* yellow for retract and green for extend.
* tube need to control the movement of the cylinder.
- wiring terminal block for 4 WAP machine.


28th May 2010,

- wiring datum for ARIRI.
* datum for ARIRI consist of ring light, spotlight, prism glass, camera and laser detector.
* install spotlight on datum ARIRI.
* install ring light on datum wire it.
- install crowder bias on datum.

The Seventh Week


17th May 2010,

- repairing whack actuator.
* rewire whack actuator that not connected correctly.
- install tube for WAP machine.
* the tubes need to connect the nest at WAP with device net.
* device net control the air flow to operate the nest.
* nest function is to hold the hardisk so it can be whack efficiently.
- wiring other WAP machine.


18th May 2010,

- tidy up wire for WAP machine.
- assemble blower for WAP.
* blower function is to supply air to clean the disk.
- drill the cover for WAP.
* the cover does not has hole to put in the skru so it should be drilled.
- assemble datum for ARIRI machine.
* datum for different machine has different function.
* datum for ARIRI used to hold the disk as it will be lighted and the machine will scanned the ramp to measured the ramp space.


19th May 2010,

- continue assemble datum for ARIRI and install it to the machine.\
- prepare din rail,
* din rail is a rail that skru on the machine to place the terminal block, relay and input output terminal.
- wiring WAP blower.
* a long wire needed to connect the blower to the power supply.


20th May 2010,

- continue wiring WAP blower.
- wiring whack actuator for the componet that just arrived.
- tidy up wire for WAP machine.


21th May 2010,

- wiring another WAP machine.
* component that just install on WAP some of it need to wire to input output terminal.
- install cover for WAP machine.
- tidy up wire for WAP machine.

The Sixth Week


10th May 2010,

- tidy up wire for Leak Tester machine.
- install fitting for Leak Tester cylinder.
* fitting is like a socket to put in the tube.
* there are many type of fitting, some of them are:
~ Y fitting
~ L fitting
~ Straight fitting
- used rimer to larger the hole to put in dowel pin for WAP machine.
- change the main wire connected to portable safety outlet.


11th May 2010,

- install tube for Seal machine.
* put in the tube in the fitting for air to flow through.
- solder diods to solenoid for WAP.
* solder need tin to connect the wire with diods.
- assemble Seal component part.


12th May 2010,

- continue assembling Seal component part.
- tidy up wire for another WAP machine.
- install ionizer controller for WAP machine.


13th May 2010,

- solder doids with tho solenoid again for WAP machine.
- wiring and labeling for WAP machine.
* wiring the sensors from cylinders that just assemble to the machine.
* wiring relay with input output terminal block.
* wiring power supply to the relay.
* labeling mean put the address to the wire according to the input output terminal.


14th May 2010,

- solder wire to pogo block for WAP machine.
* four core wire need to be solder correctly according to the diagram.
* it is soldered to coppers that is slot in the pogo block.
- assemble component part for WAP nest.
* nest for WAP machine function as the holder for the hardisk before it is whack.
